Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.

If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by our error are not eligible for return.

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • Shipping times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
