Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error are not eligible for return.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- The time for your replacement to arrive may vary depending on your location.
- For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
